Born and raised in Queensland, Tim is an avid climber who thrives both on the wall and behind the scenes. Working alongside Drue at the gym, he’s known for his creative route setting and understanding of what climbers need from their shoes. Tim’s local roots and love for the sport fuel his commitment to keeping Brisbane climbers in peak-performing footwear.
Originally from England, Drue has been climbing for over a decade and has chalked up multiple international trips chasing rock across the globe. As head setter at 9 Degrees, he brings a sharp eye for movement, precision, and detail — the same skills he pours into every resole. Passionate about extending the life of climbing shoes, Drue treats each repair like it’s for his own next send.
